Norstar is the brainchild of Northern Telecom. Northern telecom is a 104 year-old company. Originally, Northern Telecom was an extension of Bell Canada. Norstar CICS: The Norstar Compact ICS system stands for Compact Integrated Communications System. Although the maximum capacity of this systems is 8 lines and 24 telephones, it carries a plethora of features. This Norstar system comes with the Callpilot 100 voicemail unit, which has a built in auto attendant and web enabled interface for desktop programming.  You can add, via keycodes, the Norstar Call Center ACD.
