CALL
Analyzer does not use the
traditional SMDR method to track
phone activity, rather it uses
Nortel's CTE from both the BCM and
Norstar phone systems. The
benefit of using Nortel's CTE is
that it not only provides call
data for traditional reports, but
also call data that allows unique
reports to be created that
traditional SMDR is not capable
of. These reports assist in
managing an organization.
