Welcome to Alpha Telecom Services Inc. We specialize in Nortel telephones and accessories. With our years of experience, we are able to bring you the best in both new and refurbished products. 

We are especially set up to deal with Canadian and U.S. customers since we are based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Remember, Canadian customers must pay all applicable taxes.

** PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE OF CANADA OR THE U.S.A.

Please note customs charges, taxes, duties etc. are the responsibility of the purchaser.  We are not responsible for these charges.  Also, there is No Sales Tax charge to US addresses!

American customers are responsible for all customs taxes and duties and any brokerage fees.  UPS standard will charge you a brokerage fee upon delivery of your package.  There are no brokerage fees for UPS Worldwide Express and UPS Worldwide Expedited.

                                                             Return Policy

Alpha Telecom Services Inc cannot issue refunds for "non-faulty" products already purchased.  Please check to ensure that you are ordering the correct product/item!  We  want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with any item, you may return it for "exchange or upgrade only" within 10 days of shipment.  All DOA or returned items for replacement must be in their original, unmarked, undamaged packaging with unopened manuals, and the original invoice.  Otherwise, there will be a minimum 25% re-stocking fee charged on the returned items.  Please call us at 905-204-6970 for information about processing your return.

Please Note: Shipping charges to the customer will not be refunded, and shipping to Alpha Telecom Services Inc is also the responsibility of the customer.

1. You must specify on the return shipping form that products are being RETURNED for

     exchange or repair!
2. We reserve the right to verify the returned product before issuing a replacement.
3. We are not responsible for any damage to the item that may occur during shipment.
