All of our Norstar refurbished equipment carries with it a 12-month warranty.  Within the 12 month warranty period, if you have a product from Alpha Telecom Services Inc that develops a problem, send the defective item back to us. We will repair or replace the item and ship it back to you within days.  We believe our warranty is as good as new.
