Over-the-telephone Technical Support Agreement

Your telephone system is the life-line of your business. Alpha Telecom Services Inc understands your need for uninterrupted communications. We offer over the phone support agreements that will provide you with the highest level of customer satisfaction, quick response time with up to 40%  savings. 

GENERAL: Our over the telephone support agreement covers  adminstrative changes over the telephone.  Any Nortel Hardware replacement/upgrade is not included in this support agreement, and will be billed separately, if requested by customer.  Alpha Telecom Services on-site labor rates will apply.

We are available Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm EST.  If calling after regular business hours, please leave a message in our customer care mailbox and your call will be returned promptly.

This support agreement includes 360 minutes of support or 24 calls to Alpha Telecom Services within the year.

CHARGES: Please note that Moves (ie. re-location of sets), additional jacks, program changes (MAC), or installation of additional equipment is not included in this support agreement, and will be billed separately based on our current labor rates.  Alpha Telecom Services Inc may, at your request and expense, repair any problems caused by you or a third party, or other externally caused problems including damage or flood.

Please note, you agree that in no event shall Alpha Telecom Services Inc. be liable for any business or economic loss in connection with or arising out of the performance or provision of the Equipment or Service however caused, even if Alpha Telecom has been advised of the possibility thereof.

• Change ringing on telephone extensions

• Changing extension numbers

• Activate set relocation

• Change date and time

• Programming of line appearances

• Programming Forward on Busy/No answer

• Changing names on extensions

• General Nortel adminstrative changes

• Add/Delete/Change a mailbox

• Changing Greetings on Auto Attendant

• Resetting passwords on Voice mailboxes  

Please Note: Any programming changes that are deemed advanced changes by Alpha Telecom, (ie. Call Centre setup), will require an on-site technician.
